BreezeReady policies
This policy explains preparation, delivery charges and delivery of portable air conditioners and related goods purchased from BreezeReady.

This policy applies only to physical goods purchased through a BreezeReady retail or wholesale product order.
Orders are reviewed after payment confirmation. We may contact customers if product availability, quantity, shipping address, phone number or delivery details need to be verified.
Large wholesale or project orders may require written confirmation of quantity, delivery timing and payment arrangement before dispatch.
We deliver purchased goods to supported addresses in European Union and selected European countries. The standard estimated delivery window is 7-20 business days after dispatch, unless a different timeline is confirmed before payment.
Where checkout states that taxes and import duties are included, the customer will not be charged a separate amount for those items by us after purchase.
The delivery charge is calculated by product gross weight. The default European product-delivery rate is 75 RMB per kilogram, converted into the checkout currency by the website rate.
For orders with multiple products, total shipping weight is calculated from each product gross weight multiplied by quantity.
Tracking details will be provided when available. Delivery timelines may be affected by border checks, carrier capacity, incorrect addresses, public holidays, extreme weather or other events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details and for responding to carrier delivery contact when required.
