2. Goods covered by this agreement
We sell physical portable air conditioners, portable split air conditioners and related cooling products displayed in our online catalogue. Each transaction under this agreement is a purchase and sale of goods.
The product page identifies the model, specifications, selected variant, unit price, quantity and gross weight applicable to the order. Wholesale pricing may apply when the stated minimum quantity is reached.
3. Orders and contract formation
Adding goods to the cart does not reserve stock. Submitting checkout is the customer's offer to buy the listed goods. We accept an order after payment is authorized, stock is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued.
If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied as described, we will contact the customer and may offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item.
4. Prices and payment
The checkout shows the product subtotal, delivery charge, included taxes where applicable, currency and total payable before the customer confirms the purchase.
Payment may be completed through an approved card checkout, payment link, invoice or bank transfer offered for the order. The customer must use a payment method they are authorized to use.
5. Delivery of purchased goods
We deliver purchased goods to supported addresses in European Union and selected European countries. The estimated delivery window is 7-20 business days after dispatch, unless a different date is confirmed for the order.
The customer must provide a complete recipient name, address, postal code, country, telephone number and email address. Delivery estimates may change because of carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, address problems or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, subject to mandatory consumer law.
6. Product information and customer checks
We aim to keep descriptions, images, specifications, weights and prices accurate, but minor differences may occur because of supplier updates, display settings, packaging changes or batch differences.
Before ordering, customers should check voltage, plug type, room suitability, ventilation needs, dimensions and any local installation requirements. Products must be used according to the supplied instructions and applicable safety rules.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund requests are handled under our Refund and Return Policy and any mandatory rights applicable in the customer's country.
Where a statutory cooling-off right applies to an online consumer purchase, the customer may notify us within the applicable period. Damaged, incorrect or defective goods should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting photographs.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the bank or payment provider.
8. Product conformity and legal rights
Goods must correspond to their description and meet rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund for non-conforming goods.
Any additional manufacturer warranty shown on a product page is separate from mandatory consumer rights.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for an affected order is limited to reasonably foreseeable loss arising from that order. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, incompatible voltage or failure to follow product instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used for customer accounts, order processing, payment, delivery, fraud prevention and after-sales support.
11. Governing law and disputes
Disputes should first be raised through customer support so both parties can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
This agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to it are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction available under the law of the customer's habitual residence.
